I havent felt so taken care of by any doctor for a looong time. I also feel dr. Bonheur is addressing the root of the problem, not the symptoms. I feel I am finally on a path to feeling better.

Dr. Bonheur is lovely. Her bedside manner is so kind. She is a very empathetic person. I've never felt as cared for and at ease before a procedure. Colonoscopies are no fun, but Dr.Bonheur and her staff made it a lot easier.

I feel incredibly blessed to have found Dr Bonheur. She really takes the time to listen and is committed to finding the ‘why’ to GI symptoms rather than just throwing medication at it. Dr. Bonheur has been my gastrointerologist for many years, and is a GREAT doctor in every respect, and I"m grateful! She's very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, patient, a careful listener, easy to talk to with a wonderful calming bedside manner (so important!) I refer anyone who asks if I know/have a good gi doctor to her and they are very grateful and have the same positive experience/outcome. I would give 100 stars if I could! I had my first colonoscopy with Dr.Bonheur. I had not met her up until she was about to do my procedure so I was a little nervous. While the other staff (at the center not her office) wasn’t the warmest Dr. Bonheur was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so calm from the minute I got into the room. Incredibly sweet and explained everything to me. Highly recommend her!!

Dr. Bonheur is an amazing doctor: excellent knowledge, compassionate and takes time to listen to you. Her staff is responsive and polite - Fabi and Aisha are great. She does the procedures at Carnegie Hill Endoscopy and I had an excellent experience there for my procedure (they even have warm blankets!). I highly recommend her!

I have wonderful doctors, but Dr. Bonheur is La crème de la crème. She is so warm and caring and a superb diagnostician. She really listens and does everything she can to help you. She gives you her complete attention and never rushes you out. I have total confidence in Dr. Bonheur and feel completely confident putting my life in her hands. And the support staff is terrific, too. I couldn't recommend this practice more highly.
