A Message from Dr. Bonheur

We hope you and your loved ones are healthy and well and that you are adhering to the recommended guidelines regarding limiting the spread of COVID-19. Please use cdc.gov and health.ny.gov for updated patient information.

Our office building has closed for now. However, our practice remains open, fully staffed and committed to your care. You can continue to reach us by phone or email. If you have not yet registered for our patient portal, please call the office and we will help you to create an account. This is a very easy way to access your medical records and is the best way to connect directly with our office staff. Dr. Bonheur is continuing to see patients using our HIPAA compliant telemedicine platform (Chiron health) and it has been working very well. Patients with medical questions or routine follow up appointments will be asked to schedule a telemedicine appointment with the office. Be reassured that Dr. Bonheur remains on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and this will not change in the days and months ahead.
